The DEALER's response, offer, or suggestions, about a given item is not intended to be a comprehensive analysis of that item's intrinsic value, but merely an assessment of what that DEALER would pay for a given item given the market conditions at the time of inquiry.
The INQUIRER has the right to refuse sale on any offer made by the DEALER, and it is recommended that the INQUIRER carefully consider the value of their item prior to any transaction.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida and INQUIRER consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State Courts and U.S. Federal Courts located there for any dispute arising out of this certification agreement.
